D-day!
Went to my dr appointment today and my cervix was 3 cm and nice and soft. Since my dr is going out of town tomorrow afternoon we are going to be checked into the hospital at 10:30 tonight to be induced and have this little guy! I am so excited! In just a few hours I will be meeting my son!!

Impending Defeat.
Today was what I had hoped would be my last doctors appointment before Liam got here. No such luck. I am still only 1 cm dilated. And while I cervix is now soft it is still high. Unfavorable is the term my doctor used. Made me feel pretty shitty to have anything about my body and my ability to have my son be unfavorable.

Impatiently Waiting.
My due date is in four days and so far at my last two appointments I was 1 cm dilated and 30% effaced. I have another appointment on Friday and I am hoping beyond hope that my body is progressing enough that if I don’t go into labor on my own by Sunday I can schedule to be induced sometime early next week. Strange Feeling.
I am having such a weird feeling in my lower belly/public area/lower back. I don’t think it is a contraction because I don’t feel any tightening but it most definitely feels like I am having some interesting cramp like feelings and a lot of pressure when I stand up or walk. Seriously?
I feel really lame but I had NO idea there was an epidemic of people faking pregnancies on tumblr. Is it really that bad and should I be at all worried that someone could be “stealing my pregnancy”? I feel so out of the loop for having had no idea that this was going on but apparently its a big deal on this site?

Abdominal Pain?
Have any of you mommas out there had intense abdominal pain? Not on the inside but rather on the outside? My stomach is so tender to the touch. I sneezed and it sent a sharp pain shooting through my belly. I can’t imagine this is normal but maybe it is from how stretched out my skin is being nine months pregnant. If it persists into tomorrow I will obviously call my dr.’s office....
